Well, my birthday was yesterday, and I did all right eating wise. We went out, and I had tacos, no sour cream, and grilled chicken. I was pretty happy with myself. oh, and no beans or rice either. I didn't eat cake, and it wasn't easy, but It's a big step for me.
I haven't had soda in nearly a month and a half. That's been tough. Although I bet now that it would taste terrible to me.
I haven't been great with exercise the last couple days, though I did go golfing yesterday, that was pretty good in reality. Anyways, lost 2.5 pounds one week in. I'm pretty excited with that, but still upset cause I don't feel I've given 100 percent. That needs to change.

Good job Stephen! :) 2.5 pounds is a great start, even when you feel you're not giving 100 percent. Just think what the number would be if you were giving that 100 percent? 2.5 is a great first week loss, especially since you're still learning what to eat and how to deal with your new life change. GREAT job! :)
