Well, so far I have gotten some very positive feedback from those of you that are sharing this with me, and for that, I am eternally grateful. It was not easy to really post all that out there that I did, but I also trusted that those whom cared about me would be very understanding and respectful, and I was right.
Well Day 1:
I ate OK, that's been real tough to do without any real choice over food options, and that is part of the reason I haven't continued the success I had at school in my opinion. But excuses are a thing of the past, and something I am working on. I did exercise though. I've been using this plan that Kelli planned out for me, and today was a cardio day: It included 45 minutes on various machines, and it was pretty tiring, that combined with stress about how thins was going to start and being really tired, I am a little disappointed I don't feel I gave 110 percent, but I went. That's a good start.
Tonight I went to a baseball game with my family. Proud to say: No hotdog, no soda, no sunflower seeds. Couldn't tell you last time that was the case, a big step forward, not easy though. The sunflower seeds need to stop anyways because my dentist has been telling me I grind my teeth, and that they are wearing down my teeth. Not so good.
So that's my day, less than a week till my birthday, I'm pretty excited.
